La r\u00e9cente tendance migratoire vers l’Europe a provoqu\u00e9 des changements significatifs dans sa soci\u00e9t\u00e9, affectant la population, le march\u00e9 du travail, les perceptions sociales et la mosa\u00efque culturelle.<\/p>

Les migrants sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 de s\u00e9rieux d\u00e9fis financiers tels que l’acc\u00e8s limit\u00e9 aux services financiers de base, le manque d’ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents en mati\u00e8re de cr\u00e9dit, la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 soumettre des demandes de microcr\u00e9dit et la confusion quant aux exigences en mati\u00e8re de documentation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

De nombreux migrants ne sont pas bien \u00e9quip\u00e9s pour prendre des d\u00e9cisions financi\u00e8res importantes et ont des besoins financiers sp\u00e9cifiques. Le projet INFINITY vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les connaissances financi\u00e8res des migrants et \u00e0 leur fournir du mat\u00e9riel p\u00e9dagogique, notamment en mati\u00e8re d’entrepreneuriat et de comp\u00e9tences non techniques, afin d’accro\u00eetre l’emploi ind\u00e9pendant et de les aider \u00e0 devenir des membres productifs de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>

Les objectifs du projet sont de :<\/p>

\u2686 Adapter l’enseignement et la formation professionnels aux besoins des migrants sur le march\u00e9 du travail<\/p>

\u2686 Renforcer la confiance en soi et l’auto-emploi des migrants<\/p>

\u2686 Am\u00e9liorer leurs comp\u00e9tences financi\u00e8res gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 du mat\u00e9riel p\u00e9dagogique adapt\u00e9<\/p>

\u2686 Accro\u00eetre l’attrait de l’enseignement et de la formation professionnels (EFP) pour les migrants<\/p>

Enseigner l’esprit d’entreprise et les comp\u00e9tences non techniques.<\/p>

Fournir les informations et la confiance n\u00e9cessaires pour demander un micro-pr\u00eat afin de d\u00e9marrer une entreprise. Les r\u00e9sultats d’INFINITY comprendront du mat\u00e9riel \u00e9ducatif sur la culture financi\u00e8re, une plateforme d’apprentissage en ligne, un jeu num\u00e9rique et un manuel \u00e0 l’intention des \u00e9ducateurs de l’EFP. Le principal r\u00e9sultat immat\u00e9riel est la confiance et les connaissances que les migrants acquerront dans divers domaines pour am\u00e9liorer leurs connaissances financi\u00e8res et leur confiance en eux.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Les r\u00e9sultats attendus concernant les migrants sont les suivants : Compr\u00e9hension approfondie des concepts financiers, du contexte financier, du contenu, des concepts et de l’importance de la litt\u00e9ratie financi\u00e8re. Am\u00e9lioration des comp\u00e9tences et des capacit\u00e9s financi\u00e8res n\u00e9cessaires pour comprendre et g\u00e9rer les questions financi\u00e8res quotidiennes, ainsi que pour reconna\u00eetre les opportunit\u00e9s financi\u00e8res et prendre des d\u00e9cisions financi\u00e8res, \u00e9laborer des plans financiers, g\u00e9rer correctement les dettes, utiliser des applications financi\u00e8res et bien plus encore.\u00a0<\/p>
